These are just a few ideas to get you started. Just because the recipes are under the headings of breakfast, lunch and dinner does not mean that you HAVE to eat them during those times. There are no rules to say that you can’t have a frittata for dinner and a stir-fry for breakfast! Be creative and enjoy cooking new things and trying new foods! Also feel free to change the ingredients to suit your own individual tastes – as long as it fits in with your goals and is on our grocery list then it’s no problem.

I like to use coconut flour in some of the following recipes, as it is nutritionally dense flour compared to others. However, feel free to sub this for ground almonds/almond flour. These flours can be found in various supermarkets and health food shops or online via
