Before I first started training with Adam, I was feeling very low of energy, not very motivated and generally not very good about myself.
I was very nervous when I went for my first session, but now having trained with him since July 2015, I feel so much better. I feel so much more energised, I’m starting to feel a lot happier about my body, and my nutrition is so much better than it was.
I’ve learnt so much from Adam both about training and nutrition. Before training with him I’d often go to the gym with no idea what I was doing, no idea how to hold a weight or what training to do for the goals I wanted. I used to go to lots of classes but I was never seeing the results I desired.
Adam is so friendly and makes all sessions really enjoyable. He’s very passionate about what he does and he is very motivating. I love that during the week he’ll text me to see how I’m getting on and keep me motivated eating the correct things. I feel so much happier about myself having seen some really good results.
