Having not done much exercise in a few years, my first training session with Adam I struggled to be able to do basic exercise for more than 15 minutes without feeling sick.

With Adams guidance, structured training and nutritional plans I’ve progressed to being able to complete full hour long training sessions and have progressed hugely in my weight training.

I’m now much fitter and healthier than I can ever remember being. I am now training 5 times a week and have managed to loose over 20KG in 8 months.
