Adam has helped me train for various events in that time including a half marathon and a half duathlon and that has included building a tailored nutrition plan which had absolutely delivered the right results. Even when I’ve had minor injuries, Adam has adapted my training to suit and this has ensured no long term impact.
Adam’s training method means he balances out the strength and conditioning side with some cardio – he isn’t afraid to push you and this has definitely helped my belief in the weights I can now lift.
For the last 9 months, Adam has trained me throughout my pregnancy and it’s thanks to him I’ve kept fit and have had no injuries or the usual pregnancy aches and pains/strains. We’ve stuck to our training schedule of 2-3 times as week and just lowered the intensity and weights over the 9 months and cut out some obvious abdominal exercises! And we’ve already got a plan for post pregnancy to get me back to full fitness.”
