I chose to start training with Adam in May 2015, following an injury to my knee, and I genuinely believe it is the best decision I have ever made for myself. He is not only passionate about what he does, but is a fountain of knowledge and I fully trust his judgment in training me.

I started off being very body image conscious, and was unhappy with my shape and level of tone. Before training with Adam, I was hot on cardio, and did zero weight training, however Since May, I have trained with Adam on a regular basis, and have seen amazing results through a combination of sessions with him and home circuits he wrote for me. As a result, I’m more confident in my body shape, I’m more toned, better educated about training and diet, stronger and last but not least, we have so much fun doing it! Every session is different, and challenging- so I can never predict what’s coming next!
