“I have been training with Adam for 2 years, when I started going to his sessions I had never lifted weights before and most of my movement techniques were completely wrong!

Deadlift = 40kg to 70kg

Squat = 35kg to 60kg

Bench press = 20kg to 30kg

Over head press = 5kg to 12.5kg

Pendlay Row = 27.5kg to 42.5kg

KB swings = 12kg to 24kg

Adam also helped me to change my diet in order to lose weight for my sisters wedding. I followed a 12 week nutrition plan set by Adam, he monitored my macro targets and helped me to stay on track.

When I started tracking I was 71.7kg and on the morning of the wedding I was 63.8kg. It was way easier than I ever thought it could be and I am continuing to track my macros and train 3-4 times a week with Adam.
