Adam also helped me to change my diet in order to lose weight for my sisters wedding. I followed a 12 week nutrition plan set by Adam, he monitored my macro targets and helped me to stay on track.
When I started tracking I was 71.7kg and on the morning of the wedding I was 63.8kg. It was way easier than I ever thought it could be and I am continuing to track my macros and train 3-4 times a week with Adam.
