I’ve been having my training programmed online by Adam for just over 2 years now and the changes that I have made would never have happened without the guidance Adam has provided. I have always been an active person but struggled to keep progress going in the right direction and when I contacted Adam I was at the heaviest I had been.
From there, as I train at home and have a limited selection of equipment, Adam made a tailored programme to help me lose the excess weight whilst holding onto the muscle and my strength. Alongside a diet plan which we regularly tinkered to help continue progress, Adam helped instil consistency into my training and it wasn’t soon before I started seeing results often on a week by week basis. The programmes changed every 6-8 weeks allowing for new stimulus which helped keep my interest high and my body facing fresh healthy challenges.
I’ve subsequently lost around 2 stone in weight and am now following a programme and diet aimed at allowing me to gain some mass whilst keeping my fat level at a manageable level with intermittent cuts to calories to help tidy things up.
Should you use Adam? Yes, you absolutely should. He has constantly helped me happily when I have had questions regarding form for exercises, diet questions, technical questions regarding (as I’m nosey) why things were changing – which he could always back up – and most importantly helping to pick me up when things were stressful which inevitably they happened when life got in the way.
