“I’d recommend Adam for anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and overall life who are tired of the bullshit “miracle abs plans” out there in the fitness world.”

I first met Adam over Christmas 2014 when I was visiting family in London and looking for a trainer over the Christmas period.

Straight away he gave me some of the best training and nutritional advice and immediately made me rethink my current method. I’d tried every diet going and I was looking for the next “fad” when Adam made me realise that it’s about eating whole foods and eating for performance instead of “weight loss”. Adam provided me with a nutrition plan which focused on eating nutrient dense foods, and contained recommended macro splits for training and rest days. The plan was really easy to stick to as I could eat what I wanted as long as it was a whole food (90% of the time) and it fitted my macros and I found I was eating more on his plan that I ever had before and to my shock, I didn’t get fat, I got stronger. I felt energised and consistently PB’d in the gym for the at least the first 3 months.

This was roughly a year ago but the methods I use now, whilst not strictly the same plan, the core principles are rooted in what Adam recommended for me and I’m still getting stronger and performing better each day.

Adam is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition, he’s a wonderful teacher, non-patronising and he practices what he preaches. He doesn’t train you to kill you, he trains you as an individual and with expert programming designed to make you, not break you. I’d recommend Adam for anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and overall life who are tired of the bullshit “miracle abs plans” out there in the fitness world.

I have been working as a personal trainer for over 9 years. I began my career in the fitness industry after completing a degree in Sport Science where I graduated with Upper Class Honours. I have always had a thirst for all things related to health, fitness and nutrition and it wasn’t before long that I owned my own gym.
