As I am pretty un-motivated when it comes to fitness stuff I approached Adam to give me the motivation I needed to get fit and healthy. I am constantly on the go with my job and I needed an easy to follow plan that didn’t take over my life. Adam provided this for me and made me realise that even exercising for 10 minutes a day is better than nothing at all. As long as I followed his nutritional advice and exercised whenever I could I started to see some good results with my body. Adam is easy to get on with and answers any questions I have quickly and efficiently.
