I’ve been training with Adam now for about 6 months, and hand on heart it the best decision I’ve made regarding my fitness. Adam is genuinely passionate about training and nutrition, and one of things you soon learn is that Adam is a man of quality over quantity – it’s about mastering the movement, and once you have that the rest will follow.

I went to Adam and on our first meeting was really embarrassed; I wasn’t in any sort of good health and thought I looked silly trying to do any exercises – 6 months and the results say it all! My stomach is flat and abs starting to show, my bingo wings have shrunk and nearly gone, and I’m toning on the thigh and glutes. A very happy lady!! I follow a home programme that Adam designs for me, which changes as you progress, along with a nutrition plan, and seeing Adam once a week.
Adam is supportive, motivational, focused and has a wealth of knowledge. He’s always there for you and happy to help, and has a great sense of humour. He keeps things fresh and every time we have a session it’s different. It’s been such a different approach to health for me, after diets and running, I would recommend Adam to anyone and everyone.
