– This is a 5 day full body program. Every workout contains exercises that will train the entire body.
– Each workout contains a mixture of compound exercises (such as the squat, bench and deadlift) as well as accessory/hypertrophy focused exercises (such as lateral raises, various rows, bicep curls and tricep extentions).
– Volume and frequency of the exercises targeting each body part has been programmed effectively to ensure that you’re going to progress and not over train.
– This program is guaranteed to improve the strength, size and composition of your body.
– The workouts will take around 1 hour to complete (depending on how long you rest between sets) and are performed over 5 days of the week.
