I have been implementing kettlebell training into my programming for over 10 years now. The benefits of kettlebell training are vast – improvements in strength, stamina, balance, co-ordination, core strength and flexibility to name just a few. This program combines mainly kettlebell exercises alongside some bodyweight movements. I truly believe that this program alone can transform your body for the better!
