This is a 5 day program that utilises complexes in each workout. The complexes are 4-5 exercises put together in small circuits. Each complex focuses on a specific movement pattern (over head press, squat, bench press and deadlift) which allow you to put a large amount of work in in a time efficient manner. These workouts will test you as they are intense, but, they will produce outstanding results in your strength and conditioning, which will in turn improve your body composition like nothing else.
